Meet Courtney, Mary Kay Sales Director
Courtney is a visionary leader with a global heart. She started her Mary Kay business at 19 years old while in college studying to be a middle school teacher. She built a sustainable business for herself and has since shown 125 other women how to build a home based business and make profit for their family in both the US and Scotland. Courtney is a teacher and after teaching only one year in the classroom, she has chosen to make the world her classroom. She understands the power of direct sales and how it impacts one personally, their family and the community. Courtney has earned three Cadillacs, triple starred, five time national court of sales and sharing achiever, and completed her highest unit circle of 519,000. As a 28 year old, she’s grateful for the Mary Kay opportunity and the impact she’s able to have on others. She is married and her and Dillon welcomed their baby girl Zoey into the world this past November. Her husband is also an entrepreneur. She has a vision of leading her unit to the circle of excellence this seminar year and building leaders in the process to find her national area. God has given her a passion for children and she wants to build an orphanage one day using Mary Kay as the platform to do so. She believes each woman has gifts and talents God has given you to unleash the potential packed inside of us.

I love the relationships I have through my business. We truly have a sisterhood and bond. Work-life balance is something I have strived for and found through Mary Kay. The flexibility of Mary Kay has really enriched my life. I love being able to design my schedule around my husband while helping meet the needs of our family.
One of my passions in life is for children. God has given me a dream to serve orphans in our world and community. It is through the platform of Mary Kay that I am able to serve and fulfill this dream.
